Clarence's heat was out on that first cold day after the hurricane winds hit our area. I called them to please come out as soon as possible to help a disabled vet to bring him heat above 62 degrees. Not only did they come out fast and fix the issue, they gave him a BIG discount for his veteran service. And they were soooooo NICE too! I have referred them to a number of people and already, a number of PAX River military have used them. They know how to treat people respectfully, know how to fix the issues quick and educate the consumer on things to what out for and general maintenance. They ROCK!!!!

GM recently installed a new HVAC system at our home. They arrived at their scheduled time and worked on the installation tirelessly all day. The installers were efficient and cleaned up after themselves. They were very knowledgeable and were willing to answer all my questions about the new system as well as some questions I had about our old system. Very polite and hardworking individuals. I would recommend Great Mills Heating and Air for all of you HVAC needs.

If I could give 100 ⭐️ I would. My ac went two months ago & I’ve been fighting for 2 months with an insurance company for a replacement/repair (home appliance insurance company which was horrendous). Roxanne & Kirk were so kind & patient and truly went above & beyond to help me. Never met them. Never used this company before & they worked endlessly with me & the insurance company to try and get a resolution. It took 2 entire months, numerous emails and calls. They did so much work to try and help me, even knowing the insurance was refusing to pay at every turn but that didn’t stop them. The moment I got the go ahead for replacement, I knew who was getting my business. If I could do more, I would. They ordered my unit Monday evening. It arrived Tuesday and it was installed Wednesday morning. They dispatched several technicians to my home and they were all very professional, prompt and extremely knowledgeable. I will sing high praises to anyone who will hear me. Great Mills HVAC has earned my future business for sure.

I am so thankful for Great Mills Heating and Air Conditioning. My A/C stop working on a Thursday afternoon and I reported it and put in a claim with my Home Warranty. They still couldn't get anyone out late Friday afternoon so I called Great Mills HVAC. I spoke to Michelle and she was so compassionate and helpful. She was able to get a tech to my house on Monday morning. The A/C Tech, Ben was so awesome. He is polite, prompt, skilled & he walked me through everything he was doing and was so patient with me as I asked a zillion questions. It's hard to find good service these days, and I am forever grateful that it still exists.

Doug was absolutely fantastic, our furnace started having issues at the beginning of December and Doug went above and beyond to diagnose the problems, explain what was going on, and get the furnace running properly. I have been dealing with Great Mills Heating/AC for over 6 years. The do a good job and are reasonably priced. Their personnel are both professional and personable.

I called GM HVAC due to smelling gas the second time we ran our heat for the season and they had a technician out to my home within 20 minutes. He completed the task within an hour and sealed our leak very well. The tech was friendly, polite, and respectful. Highly recommend!

These guys were great! Honest and to the point. They didn’t try to pressure you into buying things like the other guys.

Had an emergency call past hours on Friday. Kirk came to the house and switched out the exterior condensate pump with a new one. Old pump quit and it kept turning off the AC which is what is supposed to happen but condensate continued to gather in a tub I put their. Kirk took out the old pump and installed and tested. ALL GOOD!!!!
